A documentary on the most famous festival of sacred music of the world, the Easter Festival of Rome, founded in 1998 and since then directed by Enrico Castiglione under the High Patronage of the Vatican State. The Easter Festival since the first edition in 1998 with José Carreras has offered hundreds of concerts in the Vatican and in the most beautiful basilicas and churches of Rome. Enrico Castiglione takes a look back to all the great concerts that were broadcast worldwide, from the Mass by Leonard Bernstein in the Paul VI Hall to the Easter Concerts with Montserrat Caballé and Mstislav Rostropovich.
