Eurovison Choir Of The Year 2017: Carmen Manet

Carmen Manet is a Slovene girls' choir of Gymnasium Kranj that won the Eurovision Choir of the Year 2017 competition in Riga. With their tangible and elaborate interpretation, it once again proved that Slovenia is a choral superpower. Carmen Manet convinced the jury with its special energy and virtuosic performance of the music from the Slovene folklore treasure trove. The choir consists of 33 singers, whose average age is 25 years, and the "tallest Slovene conductor", choirmaster Primoz Kerstanj, with a height of over two metres.
