Hamlet

The play of plays. Hamlet speaks to every generation's heart and fears. This new and award-winning interpretation has been called both ingenious and frightening. Among shadows and horrible betrayals, the director-actor duo Jens Ohlin and Hanbes Meidal carve a modern and parallel drama within the great classic Shakespearean drama. The actors are dirty, desperate, smooth-tongued, fantastic and convincing. And in the added child role, in the shape of an observing little rabbit, the worries and hopes of the audience are personified. Can a prince survive in times when dark forces rule? Hamlet is performed in collaboration with the Galeasen Theatre and Dramaten, the Royal Dramatic Theatre of Stockholm.
