Maria Callas: Diva and style icon. She was one of the greatest opera singers of all time. In 1964, her career seemed to be over; it was no longer her performances that were dominating the tabloids but the scandal surrounding her affair with the billionaire Onassis. But an epic performance defies the lies of her critics. Taking her legendary performance as Tosca at the Royal Opera House 1964 as its main focus, the film tells the story of the events from today’s perspective.
