In 2017, the German foreign broadcaster Deutsche Welle has launched a multi-channel project featuring Mexican conductor Alondra de la Parra as both protagonist and reporter in a series of six television shows and 26 weekly web videos on DW’s English and Spanish Facebook accounts. De la Parra allows viewers to follow top-notch musicians: ”My work gives me the opportunity to meet amazing artists and see who they are behind the stage. I am thrilled to have the amazing platform of DW to share a glimpse of how our world really is, hoping to bring classical music to everyone.”
