French saxophonist Samy Thiebault comes back to Théâtre de Verdures of Nice presenting us with his new record. It sounds like a lyrical and intimate adventure in which Ravel’s and Satie’s melodies meet Moroccan, East African and Venezuelan worlds of sound. He has surrounded himself with his loyal musician partners to plunge us into a rhythmic and melodic mosaic and confronts us with the pure emotion of a music without borders.
