The Grand Opera

The Grand Opera is a professional TV competition for young singers. Its main goal is to reveal the new names of gifted young vocalists and to help them to become popular. For five seasons already the project has been attracting a huge interest among viewers. The authors of the project manage to strike a necessary balance: to create a bright programme coming up to expectations of the contemporary audience, a programme that tempers the elements of a colorful show and an academic concert, attracting various categories of viewers and promoting opera art. In the TV format, well-known arias and duets become the field of discussions and disputes of the international jury.
