Classic At The Dome 2019 – Martin Grubinger: Home Game 4.0

In July 2019, multi-percussionist Martin Grubinger and his Percussive Planet Ensemble played their fourth open air concert in front of the Mariendom in Linz, featuring a programme From John Williams To Bach. Grubinger is a friend of film music composer John Williams, and he also worked together with him on a collaborative project: musically transforming some of William’s most famous film scores, including Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and E.T., giving them the typical Percussive Planet sound. The concert also features a musical time travel through the history of jazz and a musical reminiscence of Johann Sebastian Bach.
