There are a thousand ways to love and scream. Another thousand gestures to invite or rebel. Choreographer Giovanni Bucchieri doesn’t analyze his work publicly. Instead he invites you to watch and listen to whatever you yourself need or choose to focus on. The short David is recorded in a monastery in France where artists can seek refuge and peace from the busy world outside. Filmed in his red accessories and delicate clothing, the dancer David Lagerqvist moves consciously across the rooms and expresses many different things at the same time. Feel free to interpret or just stay in the moment.
