Concert For The 100th Anniversary Of Independence Of The Republic Of Poland

On the 100th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Poland, the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland organised a ceremonial concert at Teatr Wielki – the Polish National Opera. The show’s programme featured the Polish Fantasy in G sharp minor op. 19 for piano and orchestra by Ignacy Jan Paderewski and the Te Deum Polonia by Paweł Łukaszewski. Te Deum Polonia is the latest work by Paweł Łukaszewski for bass, choir and symphony orchestra. The piece was commissioned by the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, on the occasion of the anniversary.
