Corona-isolation and cultural standstill have condemned many an aspiring musical talent to sudden joblessness. That’s why right at the onset of the pandemia 3sat and ARTE in a joint initiative created a platform for young musicians to present themselves on both broadcasters’ websites in unconventional concerts. Having had their first major TV appearances in Rolando Villazón’s show Stars Of Tomorrow on ARTE, these young musicians have meanwhile established impressive careers – which now are halted by the universal cultural shutdown. Stars Of Tomorrow@home brought them back in touch with their audiences in a heartwarming as well as entertaining way.
