Beethoven At The Lake

Beethoven on period instruments by the shores of a lake in the Southern Alps. These are the musical, aesthetic and landscape premises characterising the new interpretation of Beethoven’s 6th, his Pastoral Symphony by Diego Fasolis with I Barocchisti in May 2021. A production which closely ties the city of Lugano to eight other European cities for the "Beethoven – The European Tour. Nine Symphonies, Nine Cities" project promoted by ARTE: an enthusiastic, choral tribute to the genius who revolutionised symphonic thought.
