Bix “Berlin'89”

One of the most famous rock bands of Lithuania "Bix" band presented its new album "Berlin'89" in the former Lukiskes Prison, newest culture venue in Vilnius. The album "Berlin'89" has a direct connection with Berlin. In 1989, few days before the fall of the Berlin Wall, "Bix" band performed in Western Berlin jazz club "Quasimodo", Deutsche Welle was broadcasting this concert live on radio and preserved audio tapes, which were found only now, 30 years later, when Deutsche Welle started filming a documentary about Berlin Wall and RockNRoll. After 200 hours the old recording was recovered and published in 2021.
