The concert hall is the interim venue for the Münchner Philharmoniker from autumn 2021, while the Gasteig Philharmonic hall is being renovated. It is located on the “HP8” site, named after the address Hans-Preißinger-Straße 8. Overall, the Isarphilharmonie offers space for over 1800 spectators; the stage area is around 272 m².
