The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra is considered the world's best orchestra – the great dream for all instrumentalists. To get a job here, you need physical fitness, mental resilience, absolute dedication and a large portion of courage. The Karajan Academy offers a springboard. Whoever studies here for two years has a good chance of getting a seat in the orchestra. The competition is fierce and the possibility of failure enormous.
