The Semperoper celebrated last year‘s turn with one of the most famous pieces of music ever written – Ludwig van Beethoven’s 9th Symphony. Beethoven’s works are one of Christian Thielemann’s special domains. In this outstanding festive concert event he conducted the world-renowned Staatskapelle Dresden and international vocal soloists.
