Reeperbahn Festival Collide – Curated Collisions

The effect of music has always gone beyond the sound played and is closely linked to other art forms. Cover artwork, stage show and video are inextricably linked to the listening experience and, at best, create parallel universes that are magical. For Reeperbahn Festival Collide we linked the visual artists and the multicamera-production / music-video-direction from the start. This way we achieved a close collaboration between different departments for the best possible outcome. The final videos inhabit the aesthetic of a music video while providing musicians and audience with the driving and impulsive energy of a live-performance.
