Two Roads Diverged

This production captures the two-man stage performance of legendary musician/folklorist Mick Moloney and African American dancer/storyteller Leni Sloan. They explore the encounter of African and Irish immigrants which created new popular performing arts like jazz and tap dance, and has shaped much of modern culture. The stage performance was captured at the Irish Repertory Theatre in NYC shortly before Moloney's untimely death in 2022. We are looking for co-producers to help fund post-production and limited shooting of documentary elements.
