Untime

Finnish choreographer Petri Kekoni's site-specific Untime performance project seeks an alternative form for a stage production. In the monumental four-hour work, an austerely beautiful defunct airplane hangar serves as the frame for the intensely precise and physical movement of 12 dancers. The changing light and ever-evolving choreography create a performance comparable to a nature experience, in which we come in contact with something permanent that exists independently of us.
