East-West /Art and body / Movement and society, the meaning of human freedom begins from ones own body. This project presents how the human body works when it is performing at a different time and place. It consists of a fusion of movement and music of western and oriental civilisation. How does society and mass influence culture affect ones way of expressing your own movement; In this video the dancer meditates with music but also faces oneself as an illiterate social being and as a free and dancing body.
