The Space In-Between

This film is an artistic response to a programme of work including 24 artists exploring otherness in their practice. The film is not intended as an evaluation of the process, neither is it a documentary. Our aim is to highlight the ideas and conversations of the artists involved in the programme and to privilege their voices and experiences. The interviews in the film are deliberately informal to resist mediating the voices of these artists through traditional structures. This film is for them and about them and all the other artists occupying the messy spaces and edges of the arts sector.
