Buddy Guy Plays Baloise Session

  • © Baloise Session

George "Buddy“ Guy is an American blues guitarist and singer. He is an exponent of Chicago blues and has influenced eminent guitarists including Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Keith Richards, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jeff Beck and John Mayer. The latest CD is entitled The Blues Is Alive And Well. That's a fact, and it’s thanks in no small measure to Guy himself. He's been playing the guitar for sixty years and now personifies the Chicago Blues – the raw and direct music from the south side of the Windy City – like no other.
