Concert For Peace – Royal Opera Of Versailles

The concert by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the Radio France Choir on 11 November 2018, at the Royal Opera of the Château de Versailles – transmitted by hundreds of radio and TV broadcasters all around the world. The international reputation that the orchestra has acquired, partly thanks to the Vienna New Year’s Concerts, makes it something with which almost everyone can identify. The recent appointment of former General Secretary of the United Nations, Ban Ki-Moon, as patron of the orchestra, is proof of its universal reach.
