Embrase-Moi

  • © Gregory Batardon

Every year, the Center of Monuments Nationaux invites choreographers to create historical monuments. Kaori Ito and Théo Touvet make their bodies meet at the Conciergerie in Paris. The two dancers in Embrase–Moi are completely naked. Both literally and figuratively, the two reveal their bodies, their feelings, their experiences, their sufferings in an intimate and profound, carnal and delicate choreography. The two dancers celebrate love, their encounters, but also their breaks in an encounter between two bodies.
