The Russian National Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Mikhail Pletnev, presented a magnificent programme in Tchaikovsky Concert Hall on the eve of the new year 2018. The concert's featured soloist was Boris Berezovsky, who has established a remarkable reputation, both as the most powerful of virtuoso pianists and as a musician of unique insight and sensitivity. The programme of the concert includes: Prokofiev's Concerto No. 2 for Piano, Suites from the operas The Legend Of The Invisible City Of Kitezh And The Maiden Fevronia and The Fairy Tale About Tsar Saltan by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.
