Mariss Jansons & Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra At The Latvian National Opera

The concert of the world-famous Latvian conductor Mariss Jansons, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the German violinist Frank Peter Zimmerman in Riga was a part of the Born In Latvia concert cycle, organized to celebrate Latvia's Centenary. The Latvian Television covered the Centenary celebrations quite extensively and this is undeniably one of the most important concerts of the year that LTV could present its audience. The concert cycle Born In Latvia was a Centenary event that offered performances of Latvia’s new musical talents as well as internationally recognised and sought-after music stars in several different concert halls of Latvia.
