The journey begins with Bartok’s ingenious encounter between piano and percussion, before moving on to the unique and suggestive rhythmic landscapes of the Balkans, and finally touching down in the home of jazz. For this unique concert at the Vienna Konzerthaus, Martin Grubinger brought his ensemble Percussive Planet along with him – and his dad, too….
