Piotr Anderszewski And The Piano
Piotr Anderszewski is not only one of the most gifted pianists of our time, he is also a sceptic and a great perfectionist. In the run-up to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg we experience him in intense contest with his instrument, the piano. “It’s a complicated relationship. I would rather sometimes prefer the instrument wouldn’t exist.”, says Piotr Anderszewski. “Ideally, I would like to communicate music telepathically. Without the need of a physical sound”.
