Alexander Toradze Piano Recital

Pianist Alexander Toradze was born in Georgia in 1952. He is known as a successor to the classical Russian style and is renowned as one of the best performers of Prokofiev today. When he held concerts in Tokyo in 2018, he performed the Haydn sonata which he has loved to perform since his teens as well as two concertos by Prokofiev. The Concertos No. 2 and No. 3 by Prokofiev were presented in a solo performance of his own arrangement and on two pianos with his favorite pupil and garnered attention. The recording was made in 4K and 5.1 surround sound.
