ARD New Year's Eve Concert 2018/2019

Mariss Jansons and Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks present a sparkling festival of musical treasures at their New Year’s Eve Concert from Herkulessaal in Munich. The musical journey leads us through Europe, America and Asia, ranging from Brahms and Dvořák to Mascagni and Leonard Bernstein with his Candide Overture. Special guest of the evening is Lang Lang. He perfoms the enchanting Andante of Mozart’s Piano Concerto KV 467 as well as a thrilling sample of a popular Chinese piano concerto.
