  • Bläserphilharmonie Mozarteum Salzburg, Martin Grubinger © Christian Schneider

Not only the ingenious and world-famous musicians of the Strauss family, but also other master composers of the golden waltz and operetta era, such as Joseph Lanner or Franz von Suppé, can be heard in this New Year's concert of the Bläserphilharmonie Mozarteum Salzburg, led by Hansjörg Angerer. The Bläserphilharmonie is composed of top-class musicians from leading symphony orchestras such as the Berliner Philharmoniker, Bayerisches Staatsorchester, Münchner Philharmoniker, Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin and Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden. They are joined by percussion star Martin Grubinger who performs the balancing act to contemporary music. (Cat. no.: A 045 50112 0000)
