This season, Ketil Bjørnstad is celebrating 50 years as composer and pianist. He has released more than 50 CDs on different labels – but mostly on Universal and ECM. This summer, he opened the Oslo Jazz Festival with a concert at the Norwegian Opera together with top international jazz musicians and together they played the “greatest hits” of Bjørnstad’s career.
