Klassik Am Odeonsplatz 2019 – Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra

Klassik Am Odeonsplatz is perhaps the most popular and beloved open-air concert for classical music lovers in Munich. In 2019, world-famous opera diva Renée Fleming presented arias from opera, operetta and musical, among others the Letter Scene from Tchaikovsky's Eugen Onegin, Tis the Last Rose of Summer by Flotow and Summertime by Gershwin. Together with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra conductor Alan Gilbert also presented a grand rendition of Tchaikovsky's heroic 5th symphony. (The works of this concert are also available as separately assembled programmes.)
