Scopitone Festival – p(O)st – Alex Augier

With p(O)st, Alex Augier proposes a unique scenographic device for an audiovisual live show that unites, in the same way, the techniques of electronic music and the animated image. The performance invites the audience to place themselves around a transparent circular screen, in the centre of which the artist plays with both sound and visual material. The transversality of p(O)st is a beautiful illustration of how current artists emancipate themselves from traditional forms – diverting known aesthetic codes, imagining new ways of performing (macroloop, microloop), creating unique spaces, specifically adapted to their diffusion.
