Sly & Robbie Meet Nils Petter Molvær & Eivind Aarset

Sly & Robbie, these are the Reggae legends from Jamaica: drummer Sly Dunbar and bassist and keyboarder Robert Shakespeare, both members of Black Uhuru. Together with the Scandinavians Nils Petter Molvær, Eivind Aarset and Vladislav Delay, they create a unique sonic world which ranges from the colourful, melancholic sounds of Norwegian jazz to the energy-loaded grooves of Jamaica. Their Nordub project garnered world-wide attention following a joint tour in 2015/2016, now the long-awaited album of the results of their musical collaboration has been released.
