The Royal Ballet: Frankenstein

Premiered in 2016, Frankenstein, a ballet work choreographed by Liam Scarlett, stunned the world. The much-awaited replay will be presented by Ryoichi Hirano, the company’s principal dancer, who plays the Creature. Tristan Dyer plays Victor whose yearning for his mother leads him to create a humanoid. Principal dancer Sarah Lamb depicts Elizabeth, who loves him. Hirano, whose acting ability is reputed, beautifully expresses the innocence of longing for parental love and burning anger after vowing revenge for human beings of the monster who was delivered to this world through human ego.
