El Refugio De La Memoria Jordi Savall

Jordi Savall offers us a musical dialogue between the civilizations of the Mediterranean basin of the medieval era thanks to some of his oldest instruments (a rebab from the end of the 14th century, an Italian lyre and a viola da gamba from the second half of the 15th century). Thus, a Byzantine dance and a Berber song come together, Armenian music and Italian saltarelos, Sephardic songs and royal prints .... Jordi Savall was named UNESCO Artist for Peace in 2008, in recognition of his commitment as a musician to intercultural dialogue. This journey through filmed, musical and sensory spheres, was filmed in the heart of Alhambra in Granada.
