Salzburg Festival: Mozarteumorchester Salzburg & Gianluca Capuano

Gianluca Capuano celebrated a grandiose triumph at the 2017 Salzburg Festival with Händel's opera Ariodante, starring none other than Cecilia Bartoli in the title role. In 2020, he conducts the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg with an all Mozart programme. At his side Julia Lezhneva, who at the age of just 30, has already won a lifetime's worth of acclaim. With her bright, elegant voice she triumphs in Mozart's masterly Exultate Jubliate. Also on the programme: selected concert arias and the Symphony No. 29 in A major K. 201 and the Symphony in G minor K. 183.
