Salzburg Festival: The Percussive Planet Ensemble & Martin Grubinger

Multi-percussionist Martin Grubinger is known not only for his extraordinary live performances, but also for his social commitment. Various contemporary composers dedicated concerts to the "drum magician" (Der Spiegel). Together with The Percussive Planet Ensemble, with whom he has worked for many years, he performs works by Rihm, Xenakis and the two-time Grammy winner Steve Reich – and rocks the Großes Festspielhaus.
