Teodor Currentzis In The Sainte-Chapelle
Teodor Currentzis leads us towards the discovery of a thousand-year-old liturgical repertoire in the Sainte-Chapelle. An a-capella dialogue between a Byzantine choir (MusicAeterna bizantina) and MusicAeterna, at the source of our musical tradition. In a subtle mix of traditional hymns, Gregorian chant and pieces from the 21st century, this concert / happening puts the listener into a state of trance, while questioning this heritage.
