In Exile – Of Gods And Men: A Concert Film Trilogy

"In Exile – of Gods and Men" connects ancient mythology, the Renaissance and the present: The Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester and Robin Ticciati perform at the Friedrichswerdersche Church with its collection of 19th century sculptures. They play Mozart's Jupiter Symphony on gut strings and natural trumpets and Britten's "Metamorphoses" in the forests of Berlin and they perform Adámek’s "Dusty Rusty Hush" in the techno club Sisyphos to call attention to the desperate situation of the Berlin club scene during the pandemic.
