Mozart Week: Quatuor Van Kuijk & Maximilian Kromer
The Quatuor Van Kuijk was founded in 2012 at the Conservatoire de Paris and has won all the important prizes that can be won: the Wigmore Hall International Chamber Music Competition, the Aix-en-Provence Festival Academy, they were BBC New Generation Artists and ECHO (European Concert Hall Organisation) Rising Stars – just to name a few. The young Viennese pianist Maximilian Kromer joins this exciting ensemble for the famous Piano Quartet – what emerges is a ravishingly youthful Mozart sound. “Accomplished Mozart interpreters on stage” (APA).
