Mrs. President – Helga Rabl-Stadler, First Lady In Salzburg

In 2020 the Salzburg Festival celebrated it’s 100-year jubilee. For more than a quarter of a century Helga Rabl-Stadler was the most important person at the world's largest cultural festival. The fact that the Salzburg Jubilee Festival was able to take place despite the worldwide pandemic was mainly thanks to her. One year later than planned, Helga Rabl-Stadler has retired from her function as "Mrs. President", that she described as the "most beautiful job in the world". Tommy Schmidle created a cinematic memorial to this extraordinary woman in the world of culture.
