Music In Pictures

In the series Music in Pictures young Finnish musicians present new interpretations of familiar classical tunes. The short videos focus on visual expression and high-quality sound recordings. Interesting musicians perform in a magical lake on a summer night, a rough urban industrial setting or a stylized studio design for a family Christmas tale. The production process of the videos celebrates both teamwork and the expertise of each team member. The series Music in Pictures has been published on Yle’s web service and TV channels. The music videos have also been presented on Yle’s front page, the company’s Season’s Greetings and the Culture Gala on TV.
