Um Eines Verses – The World Of Takashi Tsunoda And Michiaki Mochizuki
The world of “The Notebooks of Malte Laurids Brigge” will be created through art, words and music. Takashi Tsunoda, a foremost lutenist who has led the field of early music in Japan, plays a variety of musical instruments such as the lute and Arab folk instruments in front of works created by leading Japanese artist Michiaki Mochizuki who drew inspiration from Rilke’s novel “The Notebooks of Malte Laurids Brigge”. By using single-lens reflex cameras to film 4K-HDR high-definition footages, the program was able to capture the coloration of the artworks and even the texture of the musical instruments.
