Von Webern: Oberon Ouverture / Mozart: Piano Concert K. 595 / Schumann: Symphony No. 1

Maestro Lahav Shani conducts the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra in his Florentine debut in the first symphonic concert of 2021 of the Maggio season. Conductor and pianist, Lahav Shani is currently the musical director of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. At the Maggio he faces both the podium and the piano with a program that includes the Oberon Overture by Carl Maria von Weber, the Concert in B flat major K. 595 for piano and orchestra by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart – where he will sit at the piano – and the Symphony No. 1 in B flat major Op. 38 by Robert Schumann.
