Nielsen Festival 2023

Energy. Humour. Vitality. Originality. Experience all aspects of the great Danish composer Carl Nielsen and feel the energy and life force in his music when DR Koncerthuset opens its doors to two weeks of a wide-ranging musical tribute to Carl Nielsen in April 2023. Under the baton of Fabio Luisi the Danish National Symphony Orchestra will honour and explore their national hero Nielsen. Popular and well-known soloists like Bomsori Kim accompany the orchestra and present their interpretations of the composer’s concertos.
