Phénix By Mourad Merzouki

Under the leadership of Mourad Merzouki, Phénix shakes up the codes between musicians and dancers for a joyful and unexpected encounter between the viola da gamba and hip-hop dance. Continuing his approach of openness and confrontation between aesthetics, the choreographer brings together disciplines that everything opposes to create a light and singular form. On stage, the four dancers are carried by the viola da gamba, a string instrument very popular in the 17th century, accompanied by additional electro music. A unique creation, enhanced by the virtuosity and alchemy of the performers!
