Vivaldi's (Uncertain) Four Seasons – Open Air On The Island Of Delos

The uninhabited island of Delos, World Heritage Site and mythical birthplace of Artemis and Apollo, provided the fantastic backdrop for a cooperation between ZDF/ARTE and the World Human Forum: As part of a worldwide campaign to save the climate, the European Union Youth Orchestra played Vivaldi's Four Seasons, a classic of music. The highlight: the music was edited in parts, among other things, the "autumn" was fed by algorithm with the forecasted weather data of the future and thus made to sound new. The concert was filmed open air into the sunset and streamed live on arte concert.
