BRSO, Franz Welser-Möst & Igor Levit

In July 2020, Igor Levit, Artist in Residence of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, defied the troubles of the Covid-19 pandemic and played the Beethoven Concerto No. 2 for a small but nonetheless enthusiastic audience at the Philharmonie im Gasteig, Munich. Franz Welser-Möst was the conductor in a programme which also comprised Mozart's popular "Prague" Symphony KV 504.
